A collaborative effort to develop solutions for artists & activists to engage in their work “full-time”.
This community initiative, as with all of our others, is completely dependent on broad-based public support from people like you.
Want to help fund what we do? You can contribute to support this initiative specifically, or make a general contribution to our SEEKJOY Community Fund. Thank you for being you 🙂
The overall mission of the SEEKJOY project is to catalyze the work of independent artists, activists, social entrepreneurs and small-scale non-profits working in alignment with our mission.
A catalyst, by its scientific definition, is “a substance, usually used in small amounts relative to the reactants, that modifies and increases the rate of a reaction without being consumed in the process.”
In other words… SEEKJOY, through its community initiatives, is endeavoring to modify the rate of radical social change towards a more sustainable, co-habitable earth for all people, nations and cultures.
Art, in all of its various forms, is something we believe to be a key component in this “reaction.” Our Joyfullibrium initiative is an effort to support this medium of resistance (or, BEsistance, which we like to call it).
Engage with “Starving Artists” (and activists) working for social & environmental justice, hear their stories, and discuss challenges preventing their work being the sole focus of their time.
Develop collaborative mechanisms to provide financial support for artists & activists working towards a more just & sustainable future.
Provide general media, web, marketing and sales support for full-time artists & activists.
We’d love to rep your work.
