Read Full Post!“Backwater Bridge” 4 miles north of Cannon Ball, ND has been closed since October 27, 2016 due to actions as part of the #StandingRock Water Protector movement. Although authorities determined the bridge to be “Structurally Sound” on January 12, 2017, the bridge remained closed due to law enforcement’s concerns about the camps nearby.
