Footage captured June 24th at the proposed Mississippi River crossing of the Line 3 Tar Sands Oil Pipeline featuring Justin Keezer, a local Earth community member.
Minnesota’s Public Utilities Commission, when approving the contested Line 3 Tar Sands Oil Pipeline, included a clause that requires Enbridge to have a Tribal Monitor onsite during construction in sensitive areas. Keezer and local members of the Rise Coalition made an effort to speak with the Tribal Monitor and were denied.
